About Leah
I know what a home means when you're starting over.
I grew up as a military kid in China, moving with my family from place to place. I earned my business degree at Peking University, studied at the University of Hawaii, worked for more than a decade on the East Coast, and then found my home in Austin.
Before real estate, I was an auditor and CPA, first at a Big 4 firm and then at Chase Bank. That habit never left me. I don't guess at a price. I build it from real comparable sales and go through it with you line by line.
I handle your file myself, from the first call through closing and after. Past clients still call me for a renovation team or a decorating idea, and I'm always glad they do.
As a parent raising two kids here, I know how much the school question weighs on a move. I'll help you compare districts across the area, from Round Rock and Leander to Austin, Eanes, and Lake Travis ISD, weigh them against everything else on your list, and point you to each district's official information for any address.
Outside work, you'll find me making pour-over coffee, practicing traditional Chinese tea art, arranging flowers, or at the piano singing with my church's worship team. I love traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, and I'm a true foodie. I started the Austin Real Food Club, where friends and neighbors meet for lunch at a local restaurant every two weeks, so ask me for my local list.
My husband and I were college sweethearts, and we raise our kids and serve God together. My son started at UT Austin's McCombs School of Business in fall 2026 on a full scholarship, after full scholarship offers from NYU and SMU. My daughter is in high school and loves to paint.

Moving to Austin
I moved here too. I'll help you weigh commute, school districts, lakes, food, neighborhoods, and downtown versus the hills until one area clearly fits your life.
Investing
Rental and investment property with the numbers run the way a CPA would: price, rent, expenses, cash flow, and how depreciation and rental income affect your taxes, so you can review it with your own tax advisor. I also understand owner financing, and I can lease the home out when you're ready.
